Community Guidelines

Pro Clubs FC is a place for a squad to organise matches. Treat every member the way you would want to be treated. These guidelines apply to gamertags, initials, profile pictures, announcements, reactions and anything else other members can see.

• Harassment, bullying, threats or targeted abuse.
• Hate speech or discrimination of any kind.
• Sexual, explicit or graphically violent material.
• Illegal content or encouraging illegal acts.
• Impersonating another person, club or organisation.
• Spam, scams or misleading promotions.
• Artwork or images you have no right to use.
• Sharing someone else's private information.
• Cheating, account sharing or deliberately disrupting a club.

Any signed-in member can report a player, profile picture, announcement or reaction using the report action next to that content. You choose a reason from a fixed list (for example harassment, hate speech, explicit content, impersonation, spam or cheating) and can add optional notes describing what happened. Do not include other people's private details in a report.

Reports go to the founder and managers of that club and are recorded with the reporter, the reported member, the reason and the time. Reporting someone does not tell them who reported them.

You can block another member from their player card. Blocking hides that member's announcements and reactions from you immediately, and hides yours from them. Blocking is personal to your account, is not announced to anyone, and can be undone at any time. Blocking does not remove a player from the squad or the lineup — that is a manager decision.

A new or replaced profile picture may be held as "Pending review" until a manager of your club approves it. Rejected pictures are removed and you can upload a different one. This keeps offensive images out of the squad page.

Founders and the managers they appoint can review reports in the Admin Hub, hide or remove content, approve or reject profile pictures, and remove a member from the club. Every moderation action is written to the club activity log with the manager, the action and the time, so decisions can be reviewed. Managers cannot see your email address or your password.

Manager rights are granted on the server only. Nobody can give themselves manager rights from inside the app.

Depending on the severity we may remove content, remove a profile picture, restrict posting, or suspend or terminate an account. Serious or repeated breaches can lead to a permanent ban. Illegal content may be reported to the relevant authorities.
