Terms of Use

By creating an account you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

• You must provide accurate profile information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• Keep your password private and tell us if your account is compromised.
• One account per person. Do not impersonate anyone else.

A club founder and the managers they appoint can manage the squad, set lineups, sync results, moderate content and remove members. Players can manage their own player card, availability and reactions. Manager rights are granted on the server only — nobody can give themselves manager rights from the app.

The following are not allowed anywhere in the app, including in gamertags, initials, profile pictures, announcements and reactions:

• Harassment, bullying or threats.
• Hate speech or discrimination of any kind.
• Sexual or explicit material.
• Illegal content or the encouragement of illegal acts.
• Impersonating another person, team or organisation.
• Spam, scams or misleading promotions.
• Copyright infringement or use of artwork you have no right to use.
• Sharing another person's private information.
• Abusive or offensive pictures, names or messages.

You must accept these rules before uploading a profile picture or posting content that other members can see.

You keep ownership of what you upload and confirm you have the right to use it. You give us permission to store and display it inside your club so the app can work. New or replaced profile pictures may be reviewed by a manager before they become visible.

Any member can report a player, profile picture or piece of content from the in-app report action. Reports go to the managers of that club, who can hide or remove content, remove a profile picture, warn, suspend or ban a member, and record the reason. Serious cases can be escalated to us through support. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

The app is free for everyone. There is no premium plan or paid tier, and nothing in the app can be bought or unlocked with money. Every feature, including all profile decorations, is available to every signed-in member. Optional voluntary support through an external service (such as Buy Me a Coffee) is entirely your choice, is handled by that service, and never unlocks features or gives any advantage.

Pro Clubs FC is an independent community app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Electronic Arts Inc. or EA SPORTS. All game names and marks belong to their respective owners.

The original source code, interface design, graphics, player cards, animated token frames, icons, text, database structure and branding of the app are owned by or licensed to Pro Clubs FC. You receive a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the app for managing your own club and squad.

• Do not copy, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit app materials, or create cloned or derivative versions of them.
• Do not scrape the app, or collect its data with bots, crawlers or other unauthorised automated tools.
• Do not impersonate the service, or use our name, logo or branding in a way that could mislead people about who operates your product.
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, permissions, rate limits or any other security control, and do not access data belonging to other members or clubs.

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in infringement, scraping or security abuse, and may report serious cases to the relevant authorities.

These restrictions do not override rights granted to you by applicable law, including any mandatory right to interoperate with or analyse software.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these rules or puts other members at risk. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Profile settings.

This is a community project offered as it is. We work to keep it running, but we cannot promise it will always be available, always be error free, or never lose data. Please do not rely on it as your only record of anything important.

Club statistics, results, division, skill rating and rank come from the game publisher's own service. We do not control that service, we have no agreement with them, and syncing is not guaranteed: it can be slow, incomplete or unavailable. When that happens the app says so rather than showing a guess. If the publisher changes or withdraws that service, parts of the app may stop working.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the app.

You are responsible for what you write and upload, including your gamertag, description, news posts and messages. Anyone can report content, and anyone can block another member, which stops new direct contact between you. Moderators appointed by the operator can hide reported content and record what they did. Blocking someone never changes anyone's role inside a club, and the person you report or block is not told about it.

These terms are governed by Israeli law, as the law of the country where the individual operator is based, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection or data-privacy rights you have under the law of the country where you live.

You must be 16 or older to create an account. Sign-up requires you to confirm this before an account can be created; we do not ask for or store a date of birth.
