How to use Pro Clubs FC

1. Yes. Pro Clubs FC is a free community app for Pro Clubs squads.
2. There are no plans, no prices, no adverts and no locked features.
3. Every player, manager and club gets every feature, including the Discord bot.

1. Yes — to use every feature, your club needs its own Discord server with the free Pro Clubs FC bot.
2. Discord is where the squad action happens: automatic match reports, session recaps, availability votes, predicted lineups and /join for new teammates.
3. The app is your club's control room: profiles, squad, stats, tactics board, AI Match Analyst and manager tools.
4. Founders and managers link the server from the Admin Hub. Players connect their own Discord account once.

Good to know: Without a linked Discord server the app still works, but reports, votes and lineup posts have nowhere to go.

• Player

1. Tap Sign in, enter your email and choose a password.
2. Tick the box confirming you are 16 or older.
3. We email you an eight-digit code. Type it in within five minutes.
4. If the code does not arrive, wait a minute and tap Resend.
5. After six wrong tries the code stops working — request a fresh one.

Good to know: You cannot use the app until the code is confirmed. This keeps fake accounts out.

1. Check your Spam or Junk folder, and add our sender to your contacts so the next one lands in your inbox.
2. Wait for the countdown on the Resend button, then tap it for a fresh code.
3. Each new code replaces the previous one, so always use the newest email.
4. Tap Change email to go back and correct the address — the code sent to the old address stops working straight away.

Good to know: A code lasts five minutes and works once. Expired, used and replaced codes are all refused, so simply ask for a new one.

1. No. Closing the app, restarting your phone or updating the app keeps you signed in.
2. You are signed out only when you sign out yourself, delete your account, or your sign-in expires or is withdrawn for security.
3. Forgotten password? Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen and follow the email to choose a new one.
4. Face ID or fingerprint sign-in is not switched on yet; your phone's own saved-password filling still works normally.

Good to know: Your password is never kept on your device by the app. Signing out on one device does not sign out your other devices.

1. Open the app in Chrome on your phone.
2. Tap the three dots in the top corner.
3. Tap “Add to Home screen”, then confirm.
4. Open it from your home screen from now on — it fills the whole screen and remembers you.

1. Open the app in Safari (not Chrome).
2. Tap the share button at the bottom of the screen.
3. Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen”, then tap Add.
4. Always open it from the home screen icon.

Good to know: On iPhone, install with Safari's Add to Home Screen and always open the app from that icon. Device alerts and background behaviour depend on your browser, your iOS version and the server setup — everything still arrives inside the app.

1. Ask a manager for the invite link or the invite code — or type /join in your club's Discord server.
2. Opening the invite link while signed in takes you straight to the club.
3. Got a code instead? Tap the club name at the top of the screen, then Join with invite code, type it and confirm.
4. Joining from the club's Discord /join link adds you as a player and connects your Discord account automatically.

• Create or join a club

Good to know: You can be in up to three clubs at once. An invite code can expire or run out of uses — ask for a fresh one if it is refused.

1. Tap the club name at the top of the screen, then Create a new club (or open More, then Create or join a club).
2. Pick a club name that is not already taken.
3. Choose your game generation — current or previous.
4. You become the founder and head manager, and you can then invite everyone else.

Good to know: Any player can found a club, as long as they have a free slot (three clubs at most). New clubs are Edition 27. There is no console choice — only the game generation matters.
